MTBF – Mean Time Between Failures = ( Total Running Time ) / Number of Failures.
MTTR – Mean Time To Repair

I HAVE 7 PACKING MACHINES,EATCH MACHINE SPEED 400 DROPS PER MINUTE.BREAKS IS LAMINATE CHANGE TIME 3 TIMES @ 2 MINUTES AND WAX PAPER CHANGES 4 TIMES @ 2 MINUTES AND PAPER JAMMING PROBLEM EATCH MACHINE APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES PER SHIFT HOW TO CALCULATE OEE

I have two reactors and form batch to anther they do have a differnt production times ..some times the cooling process getting to late
